Our approach to development is simple: we use the leading rapid e-learning authoring tools to minimise build times and reduce costs for our clients. With careful planning and smart design, rapid e-learning can be engaging and effective. Good e-learning doesn't need to be expensive.

Our favourite development tool for new projects is Articulate Storyline, which gives us the flexibility to design rich, interactive e-learning. We've built bespoke interactions to deal with the vagaries of double-entry bookkeeping, HMRC forms and client identification procedures, and we've even implemented subtitles (closed captioning) in a course for a global charity. And if Storyline isn't right for the job, we'll be honest with you and recommend a better alternative.

We're proud of our efficient approach to development — time invested upfront on smart template design can result in big reductions in development times, and that means lower costs. So, whether you a want a simple e-learning module, a scenario-based simulation or an online assessment, it may cost rather less than you think.

And we're even more proud of the fact that our work with AAT won the Gold award for "Best use of rapid e-learning content" at the 2012 e-Learning Awards. The judges commented: "The e-learning team developed a systematic methodology that streamlined the whole process. If you want to know how to do rapid, you could do worse than ask these guys."
